Where are the VFS centres in South Africa?

VFS Global centres are in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban and Pretoria. The exact centre you need depends on the country you are applying to. We will tell you which location to use, book the appointment for you, and make sure you arrive with the correct documents and forms.

If the embassy queries my documents, who will answer?

We will. Our consultants handle embassy or VFS follow-up on your behalf, including additional document requests, clarification letters and resubmissions. You stay informed at every step.

Who will submit my online application and fill in my form before my appointment?

We do. We complete the online visa forms, upload the required documents, pay the visa fee where possible, and schedule your appointment. You simply attend the biometrics or interview appointment with the final file we prepare for you.

How long does the visa process take?

Processing times vary by country and visa type. Schengen visas usually take 15–30 days, UK visas 3–8 weeks, and long-stay visas such as Canada, Australia or Portugal can take 4–16 weeks. We build a realistic timeline into every quote and track progress once the application is submitted.

Do I need to attend the appointment myself?

In most cases, yes. Embassies and VFS centres require the applicant to appear in person for biometrics and, for some visas, an interview. We prepare you with the exact documents, questions to expect, and appointment details so the visit is quick and smooth.

How do I provide my documents?

You can upload documents securely through our client portal or the public upload form linked to your service. If you prefer, you can also email scans or bring originals to our office. We will review each document and tell you if anything is missing before submission.

What are your fees and payment options?

Our service fees depend on the visa or document type and are shown on our Pricing page. We accept EFT and cash. We can also issue a formal invoice on request with our banking details for payment. Government or embassy fees are separate and are paid directly during the application process.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. We follow POPIA principles, store documents in encrypted cloud storage, and restrict access to the consultant working on your case. We never share your details with third parties without your consent.

Can you help with urgent or last-minute applications?

We try to accommodate urgent cases where the embassy or VFS has priority or premium appointment slots. Let us know your travel date upfront and we will advise what is realistic and whether an expedited option is available.
